The arrogance of a manager to not prioritize customer service drives me nuts - but to treat us so bizarrely is weird. But by the time some guy named John came over to talk, it became an argument? Escalated real fast and he stormed out leaving us confused. And we weren't being rude - just asking some questions. Had a couple questions that the staff couldn't address so they just took it up the command chain. We actually happen to be the opposite of all of those things so the people here seem to think it's okay to talk down to non white, non male, non old people. My group and I encountered some really condescending behavior by the the "Golf Director" and manager here. But here's the kicker: 1 star for really rude management. Probably a 2-3 star review for the course. Pretty ugly course - dry and not kept right.
